Lesson 6_The VavBEDROCK 101
What is the vav? The vav is the peg.
The tent was secured to the ground with tent pegs. It was the contact with the earth of the peg that stabilized the tent against the uncertainty of the wind. What does the vav remind us about our Lord and savior? Christ came to free man from sin’s power.

The Son of God was sent to this Earth. He made contact with us in order to save us from our sin-tossed condition by means of his death, burial, and resurrection. Jesus of Nazareth is, in fact, the “last Adam.” He is the federal head of the new generation. He stabilizes our life when we are attached to him by faith.

For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. (Romans 5:19)
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38–39)
